Job Summary: Join a small team with a manufacturing company that collaborates to continually improve to be world class! In this role, you will identify training needs and resources by evaluating organizational strengths and weaknesses. You will develop, implement, support and ensure effectiveness of all professional development training programs that meet the needs of the company.

Qualifications:
BS degree in Education, Training, or HR related field preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Education, Training, HR or related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to present in group settings.
Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Outlook programs such as Power Point, Excel and Word.
Strong attention to detail.
Knowledgeable in the different training methods and techniques.
Ability to work with diverse groups of people and adjust your work style/approach as needed to achieve desired results.
Maintains a positive “can-do” attitude at all times.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Organizational Needs Assessment
Conducts organization-wide training needs assessment and identifies skills, knowledge and resource gaps.
Works closely with Quality, Manufacturing and Human Resources.
Monitors quality and audit requirements to identify and strategically address future gaps.

Course Curriculum
Develops training programs to address skills, knowledge, and resource gaps.
Coordinates and assists in the delivery of courses and training materials.

Support & Maintenance
Maintains and updates course content for compliance support, technical training and general development primarily related to Manufacturing and Quality Processes.
Promotes available training opportunities to employees and provides necessary information regarding courses.
Assesses course effectiveness and determines impact of training on employee skills and KPI’S.
Maintains and up-to-date knowledge of current educational methods.
Produce organized training department status updates for the purpose of presentation to key groups in management and/or clients.

Improved Processes and Procedures
Contributes to efficient company operations by identifying improvements and supporting other departments.
Ensure compliance with Quality ISO/AS9100 requirements.
Supports and contributes to the Company’s Mission, Vision and Values.
Demonstrates and encourages a safe work environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 – $22.00 per hour
