Accra-Fab; a contract manufacturer specializing in precision sheet metal fabrication, finishing and assembly, located in Liberty Lake Washington, has announced the addition of Mark Norton in the new position of Sr. Manager, Business Development.
Mr. Norton has 40 years of experience in business and product development in aerospace, medical and advanced manufacturing. His career includes working with Fortune 100 companies such as Bayer, Boeing, ITW, Johnson & Johnson and others. He also serves as Chairperson of the Inland NorthWest Aerospace Consortium (INWAC) and is actively involved in volunteer work for regional economic development and industry groups.
“Accra-Fab is a world-class contract manufacturing company pursuing excellence, and we need to make sure that the broader manufacturing community understands our capabilities and knows our brand,” says Norton. “We bring engineering know-how, a robust quality infrastructure and outstanding service to the OEM marketplace. Accra-Fab has enjoyed significant growth the previous two years and the recent drop in business volume due to COVID-19 has opened up capacity that we have not had for quite some time.”
Greg Konkol, Accra-Fab President, said: “We are very excited to bring Mark on board with his breadth and depth of experience, as well as his outstanding reputation. Mr. Norton will be leading Accra-Fab’s teams in pursuing our mission; ‘We partner with our customers to provide innovative precision manufacturing and supply chain management solutions with award-winning quality, delivery and value’, as well as executing our business development strategy to add value with our existing customers and to develop new customers in strategic advanced manufacturing markets.”
