Compliance Coordinator

Job Summary: Join a small team with a manufacturing company that collaborates to continually improve to be world class! In this role you will develop and enhance manufacturing processes to ensure compliance to customer and industry specifications.

Qualifications:
Knowledge of AS9100 preferred
Experience with MIL, ASTM, FED STD, and other aerospace standards preferred
Knowledge of manufacturing processes preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Proficient in MS Windows based programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)

Duties/Responsibilities:

Compliance and Specification Output Forms
Develop and manage strong internal process for requirement consumption and proof of compliance.
Ensure a proactive, risk-based approach to change management.
Conduct thorough compliance/specification review with stakeholders and document requirements.
Develop and monitor metrics on the implementation, usage, and effectiveness of compliance output forms.
Control all compliance and specification documents.

Administrative Process Work Instructions
Define and document the process steps necessary to meet compliance requirements.
Routinely audit new or enhance processes to verify sustainment of best practices and document opportunities for improvement.

Improved Processes and Procedures
Follow established best practices and suggest improvements to processes & procedures.
Ensure compliance with and follow documented Quality ISO/AS9100 requirements.
Support and contribute to the Company’s Mission, Vision and Values.
Encourage continuous rapid improvement throughout the organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
