Job Summary: Join a small team with a manufacturing company that collaborates to continually improve to be world class! In this role you will assist Customer Service Representatives with data entry.
Work experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Good math skills
Proficiently skilled in using computer software tools (i.e. Microsoft Office)
Customer service related background
Receive and process purchase orders accurately and promptly
Prepare the necessary documentation for the order entry process
Review and approve sales orders for job entry
Prepare and review open order reports from customers
Manage our Live Chat and multi-line phone systems, interacting with customers
Timely and accurately enter quotes in our ERP and electronic systems
Coordinate quote due dates and assist with managing scheduled completions
Monitor and ensure customer quotations are completed in a expedient manner
Improved Processes and Procedures
Follow established best practices and suggest improvements to processes & procedures.
Ensure compliance with and follow documented Quality ISO/AS9100 requirements.
Support and contribute to the Company’s Mission, Vision and Values.
Encourage continuous rapid improvement throughout the organization.

Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour
